Returns & Store Credit Policy

At Fancy Daniela, each piece is thoughtfully made, and we want you to love what you receive. Because of the nature of our small shop, all sales are final. However, if we made a mistake with your order or you received a defective item, you may be eligible for store credit.

Eligibility for Returns

  • All sales are final, except in cases where:

  • We shipped the wrong item

  • The item arrived with a manufacturer defect

  • In approved cases, we offer store credit only.

  • We currently do not offer free returns. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the error is on our end.

Return Authorization (RMA)

Before sending anything back, you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Include the following in your email:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you would like to return

  3. The reason for the return (wrong item, defective item, etc.)

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will email you an RMA number. Please write this number clearly on the outside of your return package so we can process it correctly.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • We may request photos to verify any claimed damages, defects, or wrong items received.

  • If we confirm a manufacturer defect or that the wrong product was sent:

  • We will be responsible for the return shipping cost

  • We may either reimburse your shipping or provide a prepaid return label

  • Once the return is received and inspected, eligible orders will receive store credit.

Failed Delivery & Refused Packages

  • We are not responsible for return shipping costs if:

  • The carrier returns the package to us after multiple failed delivery attempts

  • The customer refuses to accept the package

  • In these cases, store credit for the returned items will be issued, and any return fees charged by the carrier may be deducted from the store credit.

Return Disclaimer

    • All returned items are inspected upon arrival.

    • Items that do not meet our return requirements (for example, worn, washed, or damaged by the customer) may be refused and shipped back to the sender.

    • In certain situations, a restocking fee of 15%–25% may be applied.

    • Our returns department reserves the right to make the final decision on all returns.
